My parents have always been my biggest influence. What are some of your biggest influences? I also enjoy watching Houston sports and walking my dog, Loki. Outside of work I love cooking and playing golf. What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend? Why do families need to be stronger, closer, and wiser?īeing stronger, closer, and wiser lets families drown out all the distracting background noise and allow them the opportunity to just enjoy each other. Getting to play baseball at Saint Edward’s University after coaches told me I wasn’t big enough to play at the collegiate level. What personal accomplishments are you most proud of? My most rewarding career experience has been getting to help my friends and family ensure that the ones that they love and hold closest to their hearts will always be taken care of. What has been your most rewarding career experience? I love working through the puzzle and finding a new, individualized solution. I get excited for work when I know I am about to see a unique scenario where we have to brainstorm and collaborate as a team to put together a creative solution. I believe the approach we are taking to wealth management is drastically different from other advisers so I knew I wanted to be surrounded by the creative and inventive minds at TDC Investment Advisory. TDC has always been at the forefront of innovation in our industry. Knowing that we help our clients sleep better at night makes work enjoyable for me. This made me realize that in this business we can truly make a difference in a family’s life. He would help them accomplish their goals and many would thank him for his help. I watched my father, who was in this business, be passionate about helping his family and friends.

Schwartz also participates in clinical research and has served as principal investigator on various groundbreaking research studies at the practice. Schwartz serves on the Marketing Committee of Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada, and is the Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Las Vegas CyberKnife.ĭr. Schwartz joined Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada as a radiation oncologist in July 2006 and currently serves as a member of the Radiation Executive Committee of The US Oncology Network and the Clinical Pathways Committee.ĭr. Specializes in using Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for the treatment of various cancer types including prostate, breast, lung, gastrointestinal, head and neck and gynecologic cancers.ĭr. His residency was completed in radiation oncology in 2006 at McGill University Health Center, where he was Chief Resident. He completed his internship in 2002 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He served as President of the American College of Physicians, UNSOM medical student section from 1998-1999. Schwartz received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Reno in 2001, where he received the Excellence in Research award from the Western Student Medical Research Forum.
