It's a legit gaming avenue to build a game. One should wonder or at least ask why they didn't go with Kick Starter, which actually is an entity that would manage the money and distribute the money to those Indie companies that make progress. Not only do they pull in that money from being supported but Youtubers and others make money per click when they talk or show anything about the demonstrations. Three PR persons have left the team to the best of my knowledge let alone a few others who have other things to say about the work process and productivity of it all. Or at least maybe they meant the games derived from those movies.not sure, no one ever investigated any of that. Looking at the members of their team, it seems impressive, one states they worked on all sorts of movies that we all know. I decided they should get as much scrutiny as I give EA/Maxis. I stopped supporting them, after much deliberation with myself. I don't know, I love Maxis, but I don't want a TS5 MMO and might have to jump ship and go with Steam's game.I was very much on the hype train for this game, however, several months ago (some time last year) a little red flag popped up in my mind after reading something in the patron updates. apperently if you check road map if you click on the "live mode" at the top it might show you some potential gameplay They would have started maybe last year if they hadn't had to reinvent the wheel with their paramaker plan (aka backtrack on it due to EA's patent)Īnd also the roadmap will be updated as time goes on. It might be under "secrets"? But please remember they only started on live mode this year. I mean that is what he did do before deciding to build this game.

I actually now believe it's all been nothing but demonstrations (which Alex has lots of experience in doing) of what is possible in that engine. Those are listed under GamePlay.so yes, it might be a real game, but I no longer believe it's a simulation game like a life simulator. It's almost like they recycled old news and decided to show where they got the idea for the jacket but we already saw that outfit when they first introduced the male Parafolk.Īlso, I'm almost positive early access will be to play with the Parafolk maker and the buildmode. I've already seen the male outfit they hosted recently uh like several months ago. Though it says they worked on animations every month I would like to see them, or something. TS4 already focuses wayyyyy too much on CAS and BB, so I don't need another doll house/house building simulator.

So for me, it still had no additional news, which makes me sad.

I was really hoping to get a glimpse of what the gameplay elements they were implementing. The only thing I saw were little boxes and each of those all had Paramaker things listed, and then the "After Early Access" ones were fro creating Cats, Dogs, and Horses. I think I might have missed something, when I looked t the roadmap I didn't see anything at all about actual gameplay being worked on.
